We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Ashford. This full-time position begins in September 2025 and offers a unique blend of classroom-based learning and outdoor education.

The Role:

  • Morning: Support the class teacher with learning activities, group work, and individual pupil support

  • Afternoon: Assist with the delivery of Forest School sessions, encouraging outdoor exploration, creativity and hands-on learning

  • Work closely with pupils to support academic and personal development

  • Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children in a school setting

  • A genuine passion for education and outdoor learning

  • Reliable, proactive and confident working both indoors and outdoors

  • Forest School experience or a willingness to develop outdoor skills is a bonus
