Job summary

Ripple Education in Amble is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary settings. You may be placed in different schools or settings, with flexible and long-term opportunities depending on demand.

You will work closely with teachers to support learning, assist with classroom activities, and help pupils with SEND. A safeguarding-minded, proactive approach and the ability to build positive relationships are essential traits for this role.

Qualifications

• A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant equivalent
• Experience working with children in a primary school or education setting
• A positive, proactive approach to supporting children
• A good understanding of safeguarding
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• The flexibility to work across different school environments
