Purpose

As a Coaching Professional Teaching Assessor, you will assess and evaluate the competence and knowledge of learners in a coaching setting. You will work closely with learners and employers, guiding and supporting them throughout their qualification journey.

The successful candidate will primarily deliver the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Standard to employed individuals across Shaw Trust Group and other employers, including Levy and Non-Levy paying employers.

You must have experience in delivering training within a coaching environment and providing varied programmes of delivery aligned with qualification standards, to meet the needs of employers and learners, ensuring timely achievement of goals and qualifications.

Delivery will include face-to-face, remote visits, group sessions, and may require travel across the country as this is a peripatetic role.

It is desirable that the candidate can also deliver leadership and management apprenticeship standards up to Level 5 Operations Manager to support business needs.
