Are you an experienced educator who is passionate about enhancing teaching and learning experiences and supporting colleagues in their professional development? We are seeking a Teaching and Learning Lead to implement our college's teaching strategy. This is a part-time role, requiring 22.5 hours a week, which could be combined with teaching and lecturing responsibilities for the right candidate depending on subject area.

In this newly created role, you will join our thriving Teaching, Learning and Quality team to collaborate with Plumpton College's curriculum managers and other leaders across our wide curriculum provision, and provide coaching and mentoring for teachers, driving professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your commitment to equality and a shared learning ethos will be pivotal in maintaining our high teaching standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developments and initiatives in teaching and learning, confident in planning and delivering staff CPD sessions, and an experienced coach or mentor who can impact quality provision at Plumpton College.
