Teaching and Learning Coach - AI and Digital Learning

As our Teaching and Learning Coach (Digital Learning & AI), you will play a key role in transforming teaching, learning and assessment through the innovative use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Working closely with curriculum teams, you will inspire and empower staff to embrace inclusive, evidence-informed teaching practices that enhance learner engagement, achievement and progression. Through coaching, mentoring and professional development, you will champion the ethical and effective use of AI and digital tools, helping to create engaging, personalised learning experiences while reducing administrative workload and driving continuous improvement across the college.
