Job summary

LXP Talent is recruiting a Programme Tutor Assessor to deliver Data Technician Level 3 and AI & Automation Level 4 Apprenticeship Standards. The role is hybrid, based around Hull/Grimsby, with flexibility in hours and a mix of teaching and assessor duties.

You will inspire learners, deliver high-quality training, and support development of digital workflows and automation skills across diverse cohorts.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, AI, automation, or digital systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners.
• Experience training or mentoring learners or adults.
• Familiarity with workplace digital transformation and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching across Data, AI and Automation programmes.
• Support learners to apply data/AI/automation to workplace processes.
• Develop learners' knowledge of digital workflows and emerging AI tools.
• Help learners identify business problems and explore tech-based solutions.
• Assess, mentor and support learners throughout their apprenticeship.
• Provide meaningful feedback to support progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with employers to align learning with workplace needs.

Salary - £33,945 - £37,336 - DOE

Location - Hybrid role - Hull/Grimsby (Flexibility is required)

Contract - Full-time and part-time will be considered

Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Programme Tutor Assessor to deliver engaging, high-quality training and support to learners across data and digital programmes. You will be delivering Data Technician Level 3 and Artificial Intelligence and Automation Level 4 Apprenticeship Standards.

You don’t necessarily need to be an expert in every area. More important is a strong understanding of how technology, data and digital tools can be applied within real organisations, together with the ability to communicate that knowledge and inspire others.
