Ripley Junior School, part of Embark Federation, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development alongside teachers.

The role welcomes candidates from youth work or care backgrounds, as prior school experience is not required, and a commitment to inclusion is valued. DBS check is required and there are opportunities for training, mentoring and career development.

Job description

Teaching Assistant post at Ripley Junior School, one of the schools in Embark Federation. The role supports pupils' learning, wellbeing and development alongside teachers, aiming for a classroom where every child feels secure and valued. Prior school experience is not required, so candidates from youth work, care or other settings are welcome if they connect well with young people and value inclusion. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post could start as soon as possible.
