Why work with us

Snaith Primary School is renowned within the local community for combining high standards in all aspects of school life with a commitment to making learning fun and engaging. Central to our ethos is the belief that children only get one childhood, and our job is to cherish this and give children every opportunity to grow into knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and resilient young people, while creating many happy memories.

Our school is warm and welcoming to all, calm and purposeful, yet an engaging and exciting place to work and learn. Although we are quite large for a village school, with 311 pupils from Year R to Year 6 and a 52-place Nursery, we pride ourselves on the family feel we create, where everyone is included and valued. Children, parents, staff, and governors are all committed to supporting children to be the best they can be.

Our curriculum is exciting, creative, and aspirational. Our entire team is dedicated and supportive of each other. Our school community works together to provide the best possible experiences, opportunities, memories, and childhood for our children.
