Day Rate- £150-£190
Days- Full time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school from September to December 2025. This fixed-term position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a well-behaved, enthusiastic class while working alongside a dedicated KS2 team.

The successful candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom routines effectively, and supporting pupils' academic and personal development throughout the Autumn term.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership

Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour management

Communicate effectively with parents and carers



The Ideal Teacher Will Have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks

Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective teaching approach

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
