Teacher/Tutor for Health and Social Care | Gillingham
Full time – 37 hours per week | FTE - £24,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience and qualifications

Our client is a non-profit making organisation which focuses on offering quality Accountancy Training and other specialist training courses.

They are now looking to add a bright and ambitious Health and Social Care Tutor to their team. This position involves teaching and mentoring students in Health and Social Care subjects, developing course materials, and assessing student performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Health and Social Care.
  2. Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and quality.
  3. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments and exams.
  4. Provide support and guidance to students in their learning journey.
  5. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
  2. Experience in teaching Health and Social Care.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
