Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils' learning, making them feel included and valued.
  • Be consistent, fair, and foster mutual trust and respect.
  • Monitor pupils' progress and employ intervention strategies as needed.
  • Follow provided schemes of work and plan inspiring lessons.
  • Undertake high-quality preparation, marking, and report writing.

Pastoral:

  • Support and uphold the school's safeguarding policies.
  • Potentially take on the role of Form Tutor, overseeing pupils' well-being and progress.
