Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Due to our new school opening, we have new and exciting Teacher (SEN) opportunities to join our fantastic team at Orchard House High School.
The teaching posts are permanent full-time roles to start in September 2025. The salary is depending on experience MPS-UPS + SEN allowance.
Main purpose of the job:
As a Teacher, you will be expected to match the characteristics described in the Professional Standards for Teachers and required to fulfill the professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers.
You will be responsible for making an impact on the educational progress of students and improving the standards of learning and raising levels of student achievement for all students in the school.

About the Candidate
We’re looking for:
We are seeking three Teachers (SEN) for our brand-new Orchard House High school to start in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Special Educational Needs School, supporting our pupils and colleagues to develop the school community in our beautiful purpose-built building.
You will provide exceptional education and support for students with Significant Learning Difficulties (SLD) and/or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) from the age of 11-19 years.
You will need to be qualified to teach and work in the UK with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships. Experience of working with children and/or young people with communication, severe, profound or complex learning difficulties is highly desirable.
Please note our new school in Miles Platting is due to open in October 2025; prior to this, we will be working across our sites at the Grange School in Levenshulme and Camberwell Park in Moston. Successful applicants will be expected to travel during this time.
