Are you ready to lead change and champion inclusive education? A warm and ambitious primary school in Luton is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team this Autumn.
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified teacher with a strong SEN background to step into a strategic, hands-on role where every decision you make has a direct impact on pupil outcomes. The school supports children with a range of needs — including autism, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH - and is committed to providing a truly inclusive learning experience.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to design and deliver impactful interventions, embed inclusive practices, and create a classroom culture where all pupils feel empowered to thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
