Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate, motivated, and reliable NQTs and early-career teachers to work in primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan. Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
Teaching across all areas of the curriculum in your specialist area
Providing clear and constructive feedback to students
Encouraging a child-led, engaging approach to learning
Committing to your own continued professional development
️ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
Be confident teaching across age groups from Nursery to Year 6
Have a sound understanding of the Welsh Curriculum
Show strong classroom management skills
Be passionate about making a difference and keen to grow professionally
Right to work in the UK
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
An Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Competitive weekly pay (in line with National Framework Rates) – paid via PAYE

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
