About the Role

  1. To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and ambitious curriculum for students.
  2. To support the planning and resourcing of a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
  3. To meet the educational needs of all students regardless of ability or SEND through quality first teaching, planning, modelling and scaffolding.
  4. To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/form tutor.
  5. To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  6. To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
  7. To support the College’s Catholic ethos and share its commitment to provide and monitor opportunities for personal, spiritual and academic growth.
