Job summary

A specialist education provider in Wirral is seeking an SEN Teacher to support children with moderate to severe learning difficulties. This role starts in October 2025 and continues until July 2026, offering a salary range of £31,650 to £49,084. CER Education are currently recruiting an SEN Teacher for a specialist SEN School in Wirral. The school provide both care and education services to children and young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties aged 8-19 years old.

The school are looking to recruit a qualified teacher who has had previous experience working with moderate to severe learning difficulties or has expeirence working within a SEND setting.

The role is to start in October 2025 and will continue until July 2026.

You will have the following experience :

• A relevent degree level Teaching qualification and experience in a school - Primary, Secondary or SEND School
• Hold QTS and experience in SEN/ Mainstream education
• Experience of working in a SEN school with children who have learning difficulties and can display severe challenging behaviour is desirable
• Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain one
