Role and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets, and support students in achieving their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in teaching.
5. Set and monitor homework in line with school policy to consolidate learning and foster student responsibility.
6. Track achievement, monitor progress against targets, and take appropriate action on student outcomes.
7. Model professionalism through personal presentation and conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary or higher education level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
