We seek a committed and expert Teacher of Science who can support and teach students across all key stages. Professional development opportunities will be provided at all career stages. Additionally, we are recruiting for a Science KS3 Lead and a Head of Chemistry, with the possibility of combining these roles for the right candidate.
The Science Department is well-established, with a strong record of attainment, especially among students taking three sciences at GCSE. The team is cohesive and dedicated, capable of teaching general science at Key Stage 3 and their specialism at Key Stage 4, including triple and combined Science groups. The department offers a diverse A Level curriculum, leading vocational science within the LaSWAP consortium and teaching all three Science A Level subjects. Enrichment activities include partnerships with the CRICK Institute and educational visits to London universities and museums.
