Salary: MPS/UPS; £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Science with expertise in Physics? We are seeking a dynamic Science Teacher specializing in Physics to work at a client Secondary School in Malton, North Yorkshire, starting in September 2025.

Teacher of Science (Physics) Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver Physics lessons that cater to different learning styles in accordance with the AQA curriculum.
  2. Create hands-on experiments and interactive activities to make learning come alive.
  3. Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them excel in their studies.
  4. Establish and enforce classroom rules, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for learning.
  5. Design assessments, quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of Physics concepts.
Teacher of Science (Physics) requirements:
  1. Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, with UK-based teaching experience.
  2. Hold a relevant Degree at 2:1 or higher.
  3. Have recent classroom teaching experience in teaching Physics, in-line with the AQA curriculum.
  4. A deep passion for Physics and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
