Are you a dynamic, committed and inspirational teacher? Do you have the drive and determination to play a significant role in our expanding Science team? If so, this is an exciting time to join us. Drapers' Academy is seeking an inspirational Science teacher to join our diverse Faculty. The role would suit both an ECT looking for their first role in an experienced and supportive team, or an experienced teacher looking for new opportunities in a large Faculty which teaches all sciences at both GCSE and A Level. Our Sixth Form is successful, and Science subjects continue to be a popular Post-16 choice. If you are committed to striving for excellence in teaching and learning and want to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people who deserve the best that we can give, then this role is for you. Drapers' Academy has much to offer:
Teach all sciences at GCSE and A Level and contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5. Support and participate in the ongoing development of the Science Faculty within a large, multi-disciplinary team. Promote high standards of student achievement and progress and support the Sixth Form area dedicated to A Level teaching.
The role would suit both an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher. A commitment to striving for excellence in teaching and learning and a genuine interest in making a difference to students responsible for their own learning is essential.
