About The Role

• We are recruiting an exceptional team of staff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformational school. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate high expectations of pupil effort and conduct, delivered with kindness and warmth.
• The successful candidates will join a strong science department, working collaboratively to shape science provision, embed the school vision, and develop an outstanding school that empowers pupils to take responsibility and shape their own futures.
• This role offers opportunities for growth within the school. We support staff development and future role preparation. Teaching experience is not mandatory—applications from NQTs and experienced candidates are welcome. We provide one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring, and access to extensive training networks.

• We are a new secondary school in Acton, opened in 2021, with 900 pupils in Years 7-11 by September 2025. Pupils will sit GCSEs for the first time and prepare for A-level progression.
