An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Psychology to join a well-established and high-achieving school in Essex ASAP. The successful Teacher of Psychology will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5, inspiring students to develop a passion for the subject. This role is ideal for either an experienced Teacher of Psychology looking for career progression or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a nurturing school in which to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Plan and implement a Psychology curriculum that supports student progress and achievement
• Assess and monitor student learning in Psychology, providing feedback to support development
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Psychology department to share best practices and improve outcomes
• Support students with their Psychology coursework and exam preparation
• Participate in school activities, including open evenings, parents' evenings, and extracurricular Psychology clubs
