Are you a passionate and inclusive PE Instructor or qualified Teacher of Physical Education in Hatfield who thrives on encouraging physical activity, teamwork, and confidence in young people in the education and training environment?

Responsibilities
  • Deliver accessible and inclusive PE lessons and outdoor learning experiences to pupils aged 7-16
  • Support pupils in achieving progress relative to their individual starting points, both physically and socially
  • Plan safe, creative sessions that promote teamwork, self-confidence, physical literacy, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with classroom staff and therapists to integrate physical learning with wider personal development goals
  • Monitor and track pupils\' progress, adapting activities to suit diverse needs and abilities

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver engaging to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in the education ands training sector in Hatfield. What We're Looking For
  • A relevant degree or teaching qualification (QTS is required for the Teacher of PE route)
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN, PRU, or inclusive setting
  • A solid understanding of inclusive PE practice, behaviour management, and trauma-informed support
  • A flexible, proactive approach with a genuine passion for physical activity and holistic development
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Ability to commute to Hatfield.
