Contract: Maternity Cover (Full-Time)
Daily Rate: .57 (dependent on experience and pay scale)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity starting this November? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified Female Teacher of PE to cover a maternity leave in a welcoming secondary school in Derby.

This is an excellent chance for both experienced teachers and ECTs to make a real impact, delivering engaging PE lessons and inspiring pupils across KS3 and KS4 to enjoy sport, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physical Education
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage all learners
• A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and teamwork
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
