Job description

Location: Shireland Biomedical UTC

Required for September 2025

We are excited and proud to be the first UTC in the UK to specialise in health care and health science. Based in central West Bromwich we aim to provide an outstanding provision for the children we serve. We opened our doors to the first ever year 7 cohort in September 2022 and will continue to do so until we are full. From September 2025 we will have years 7 to 10, 12 and 13. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing school and be able to develop your skills as we grow.

We are looking for passionate and creative Teacher of Music who works well within a team and who will help us on our journey to provide an exceptional educational provision for our pupils and families.

The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to teach Music and motivate students across allability ranges and key stages

• An outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations

• Able to inspire and enthuse students

• Committed to raising standards for all
