Job Title: Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages

Salary: £130 - £170 per day

GSL Education are currently seeking qualified and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a Secondary school in York, North Yorkshire.

MFL Teacher Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
• Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.

MFL Teacher Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Modern Foreign Languages.
• Inspire and engage students in their language learning journey.
• Monitor progress and provide effective feedback.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and whole-school initiatives.
