An exciting opportunity at The Perse School has arisen for a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages with French as the Principal Language, starting in September 2025. We seek a high-achieving graduate to join a supportive, energetic, and collegiate department.
The Perse Modern Foreign Languages department includes teachers across four main curriculum languages (French, Spanish, German, Mandarin) and two extracurricular languages (Italian and Japanese). Our goal is to ensure students reach their potential, developing skills, cultural understanding, and passion to excel internationally as global citizens.
Being part of the MFL team involves contributing to a vision that fosters an intrinsic interest in language and culture, emphasizing the purpose, benefits, and enjoyment of language learning. Experience teaching an additional language(s) to at least Key Stage 3 and/or GCSE level is highly advantageous, especially in Spanish and/or Mandarin Chinese.
