Are you an ambitious and dedicated Teacher OF MFL with a passion for Spanish, and ideally some experience teaching French at KS3? Mascalls Academy offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire a love of languages while also taking on a pivotal Pastoral Lead role within our supportive College system.

This exciting role provides a unique pathway for an ambitious MFL Teacher to develop their career beyond the classroom. You will ignite a passion for Spanish and potentially French, while also taking on significant Pastoral Lead responsibilities within our College structure, allowing you to expand your skills in student well-being and leadership.

As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. Building strong relationships with students and their parents will be central to this role.
