Qualified Maths Teacher - Secondary School (Perry Barr, Birmingham)
Location: Secondary School in Perry Barr, Birmingham
Pay: M1 - UPS3 (paid to scale via PAYE - no umbrella deductions)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate)

Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Perry Barr (B42) area to appoint a qualified Maths Teacher for a full-time role starting this September (or sooner for the right candidate).
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be confident delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 (up to GCSE/Year 11).
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
Teach across KS3 and KS4, up to GCSE level
Support the learning and progress of students with a variety of additional learning needs
Use effective classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment
Collaborate with teaching assistants and the wider SEND team to promote student development
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to both students and staff
