Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for the subject, enthusiasm for teaching, and a commitment to supporting the academic and holistic development of students. For exceptional candidates, a recruitment and retention payment may be offered. A relocation package will also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver an innovative, engaging, and ambitious Maths curriculum that provides students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and cultural capital.
  2. Teach high-quality, personalised, and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 to secure strong progress and outcomes for all learners.
  3. Maintain high expectations of all learners, ensuring they can achieve their full potential through fair, respectful, trusting, and supportive relationships.
  4. Engage in collaboration, co-operative working, and ongoing professional development.
  5. Share and promote the academy’s vision of ‘Everyone Exceptional’.
