Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, inclusive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, that engage, challenge, and support all learners.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and positive classroomenvironment where diversity is celebrated, and every student feels respected and capable of success.
  • Assess, track, andsupport individual student progress, providing constructive feedback that nurtures confidence and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, respectful workingrelationships with students, colleagues, families, and the wider community.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, team planning, and the broader extra-curricular life of the school.
  • Actively engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
What we are looking for
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent, along with a degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience of working in a UKschool environment: In either a teaching or classroom support capacity.
