Camden School for Girls is a highly successful and oversubscribed inner London comprehensive secondary school with a rich historical heritage. The school was founded in 1871 by Frances Mary Buss, a pioneer for women’s education and the school has a long-standing history of ambition and excellence for all pupils regardless of background. We are looking for a passionate mathematician, a strong practitioner and an individual with the highest ambition for all students. We are looking for someone with considerable experience and strong track record of teaching A Level Maths and Further Maths. The department is high performing and makes a very important contribution to the strong reputation of Camden School for Girls. The successful candidate for this post has an exciting and fulfilling time ahead of them. The department is experienced, highly knowledgeable and innovative, bringing an exceptional standard of mathematics education to all pupils. We teach Further Mathematics at GCSE and at A level and we have 10 Mathematics A level classes, making Mathematics the most popular subject in the Sixth Form. We are looking for someone who can inspire, who is inclusive in approach and who is robust, thorough and diligent, with a strong track record of results.

Closing date: Monday 16th June 12 noon.
