Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and shaping the future? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 or 2 Teacher to join our vibrant team from September 2025. This role is offered as a maternity cover opportunity. Job share over 2-3 days a week will also be considered.

The Role:

• Be responsible for the quality of learning of each individual pupil within your classes.
• Positively engage and encourage all pupils to realize their full potential.
• Prepare, deliver, and evaluate high-quality lessons in accordance with the schemes of work as directed by the Head of Junior Prep.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day teaching of all children in your class to ensure that every pupil makes excellent progress and achieves their personal best in all areas of learning.
• Maintain a stimulating classroom environment for your pupils.
• Have an active interest in changes and advances in teaching methods.
• Attend parents' evenings and liaise with parents/carers as necessary.
• Prepare regular written reports on the children.
• Have confident knowledge of IT.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or 2.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
