Job Description:

Hays is partnering with a well-regarded Sheffield school to recruit a part-time Teacher of History and Geography, starting in September 2025.

The successful candidate will be employed for three days per week on a school contract from 1/9/2025 to 31/8/2026.

The ideal applicant will:

• Be an excellent History and Geography teacher with UK QTS.
• Have a passion and commitment to making History and Geography stimulating and relevant for all students.
• Be able to teach Key Stage 3 for both subjects, and possibly Key Stage 4 in your specialism.
• Bring energy and dynamism to the role, with genuine enthusiasm for your subjects.
• Be a skilled ICT practitioner, comfortable using data to inform planning.
• Have the ambition to develop your career within and beyond this post.
