Teacher of Girls' PE | 'Outstanding' Secondary School | Hounslow

In the heart of Hounslow, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is seeking a Teacher of Girls' PE to start in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Teacher of Girls' PE who is eager to contribute to an expanding PE Department. The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school invests heavily in education, implementing new teaching practices and providing training for both new and existing staff. It's an exciting time to join!

Experienced PE Teachers have the opportunity to take on TLR roles such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibilities, and more. Early Career PE Teachers (ECT) will benefit from the school's bespoke ECT induction program and will work alongside a range of both young and experienced PE Teachers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining it
• Strong academic background: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
• Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• Ability to work effectively within a large team of PE Teachers
• Willingness to accept feedback
