Prior Park College overlooking beautiful Bath, looks to appoint an exceptional Teacher of Geography, to join our thriving department from September 2025.
The Department comprises three members of staff, offering a friendly, supportive atmosphere with fortnightly departmental meetings and frequent sessions to share resources, ideas and best practice. Geography is housed in three dedicated classrooms. We have a central office for the Geography staff which also serves as a shared resources store.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Geography, and will be teaching excellent Geography lessons at Two Key Stages including:
L3 (Year 7) to F4 (Year 9) Geography (in-house introductory courses)
GCSE Geography (Edexcel IGCSE in year 10 and11)
In addition to your Geography teaching, all teachers at Prior Park undertake a limited amount of other teaching including PSHE and our ‘Prior4Life’ enrichment programme. You might also be able to help deliver our Games programme, depending on expertise and experience.
