Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a popular and inclusive secondary school in Alton to recruit a Teacher of Geography to join their dedicated Humanities team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving learning community that values ambition, personal development, and student success.
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or further their teaching journey in a highly supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
Create and implement creative and challenging curriculum plans in line with national standards
Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and support
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Participate in departmental and whole-school activities, including enrichment and CPD
