For posts considered Regulated under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, successful candidates must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before employment is confirmed.
Successful candidates will bear the cost of the check, deducted from their first salary payment, possibly in installments following employment start, with approval from HR & OD Manager. If employment ends before deduction, the full amount will be deducted from the final salary.
