• Use a range of interactive and communicative teaching methods to develop students' language skills.
• Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
• Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation, ensuring that our French and Spanish curricula remain relevant and engaging.
• Foster a love of languages and cultures in students, encouraging them to explore the Francophone and Hispanic worlds and develop their intercultural understanding.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
