Teacher of Food Technology / ECT - TLRs Available - Permanent Contract

This 'Outstanding' school in Kensington & Chelsea are on the hunt for a Teacher of Food Technology / ECT to work within their well-resourced department of specialists to start in September 2025. They have recently started a massive push for their creative departments to receive greater funding after an influx of high-achieving creative students. The school are massively focussed on ensuring creative subjects are just as important as traditional academia, making this the perfect time to join as a Teacher of Food Technology / ECT.

  • MPS1-UPS3 - £ 38,766 - £60,092 + TLR (Size depending on experience),
  • September 2025 - Full-time and permanent contract,
  • Teach across KS3,4, and 5
  • Plan your lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance,
  • Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons,
  • ECT's and experienced teachers encouraged,

Teacher of Food Technology / ECT - Person Specification

  • UK QTS - Essential
  • Strong understanding of teaching standards,
  • Food Tech experience or related degree at 1:1 or 2:1 from reputable university,
  • Ambitious and driven personality,
  • Great communication skills,
  • Desire to progress.
