Teacher of English - key responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to students from KS3 to KS5
2. Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes across all key stages
3. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and participation
4. Contribute to curriculum development and take part in wider school initiatives, including enrichment activities
5. Track, assess, and support student progress, offering feedback and targeted guidance where needed

3. A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
5. A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development
