The Romsey School in West Boldon is seeking a passionate Teacher of English to join our supportive English department on a 0.6 FTE basis.

You will deliver engaging and ambitious lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4, foster a love of reading and writing, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. The successful candidate may be an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of English to join our successful and supportive English department on a 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) basis. The specific working days will be agreed with the successful candidate.

We are looking for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging and ambitious lessons, inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and foster a genuine love of reading, writing and literature.

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner, you will join a collaborative department with high expectations and a strong commitment to excellent teaching and learning.
