Job summary

Okehampton College in Devon is seeking a dynamic Teacher of English to join our team. You will inspire students to engage with literature and language, plan challenging lessons and support their progress across key stages.

The role requires collaboration with colleagues, contributing to a positive learning environment and participating in a comprehensive training programme. An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required, and the post is subject to safeguarding checks in line with DMAT policies.

The successful candidate will be required to come to DMAT Central Offices to complete mandatory training.

Training Details:

Location: A30 Business Centre, Higher Stockley Mead, Okehampton EX20 1BG

Duration: Monday - Friday

Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.

Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
