  2. Embed teaching of reading, writing, and communication throughout the curriculum.
  3. Understand the SEN Code of Practice for identification and assessment of Special Educational Needs.
  4. Collaborate with staff, pastoral teams, and multi-agency partners to promote high attendance expectations.
  5. Be inspired by the school's culture based on the Thrive model and trauma-informed approach using PACE.
  6. Support integration between Stable Futures and the Paddocks in personal development schemes.
  7. Assist in implementing weekly personal development sessions.
  8. Support students to become confident, self-assured learners with positive attitudes, preparing them for their next educational or career step.
  9. Fulfill the role of Tutor and be the first point of contact for parents/carers of students in your Tutor Group.
  10. Collaborate with the therapeutic team to provide tailored support based on student needs.
Why work for us?
  • Private use of our holiday home on the south coast (when not in use for children).
