Our client, a high-achieving and forward-thinking academy in Bexley, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to join their successful English department from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving secondary school with a strong emphasis on academic excellence, student achievement, and staff development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS
Have a strong academic background in English Language and/or Literature
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English
Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students
Possess strong classroom management skills and a proactive attitude
Be a team player with the ability to contribute to a dynamic department
