Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and innovative English Language and Literature lessons to students aged 11-18 (KS3 - KS5).
* Ensuring students achieve their best possible outcomes.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
* Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and extracurricular activities.
* Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback and guidance to help them succeed.
Requirements:
* A qualified teacher with UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in English or a related field.
* Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4, with a proven track record of achieving excellent results.
* A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
