Job description

An English Teacher is needed for an outstanding secondary school in the Blaydon area of Gateshead. This full-time role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing, long-term. The role involves teaching English to KS3 and KS4 pupils.

This lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal English Teacher candidate would:

• Have a passion for teaching English
• Have excellent subject knowledge
• Be able to organise themselves
• Be able to engage with children in a proactive way

We are keen to hear from both experienced English teachers and ECTs.
