Job summary

The Bishop’s Stortford High School is seeking an excellent classroom practitioner to join its Design & Technology department. The role includes teaching Design & Technology up to A-level and Food Technology up to GCSE, with opportunities to engage students in theory and practical activities and to inspire creativity across a broad curriculum.

The school offers a modern learning environment, supportive leadership, and a strong CPD programme.

Job description

The Bishop’s Stortford High School is a popular, oversubscribed 6FE school of 1300 students, providing a single-sex education for boys in Years 7 to 11 with a thriving mixed sixth form of 400 students, one-third of which are female. We relocated to a brand-new school, in September 2024, on a large site less than a mile from our previous location.
