Corfe Hills School is seeking a Teacher of Design Technology to join our team. Could this be you?

Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (M1 to M6/UP3)

We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers.

This is a Full Time position. Part Time considered. It is offered on a Temporary basis for 12 months, with potential for extension. Approximate start date: September 2025.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the learning and achievement of all pupils, promoting equality of opportunity
• Achieving high standards in work and conduct
• Building respectful relationships with pupils, observing professional boundaries
• Collaborating with learners, parents, staff, and external agencies
• Adhering to statutory frameworks, the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document, and Teacher Standards
• Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people

Required Skills:

• Ability to adapt teaching to support learning
• Effective motivation skills for diverse learners
• Competence in assessment and AfL
• High expectations of behaviour and effective strategies to support it
• Building positive relationships with parents and stakeholders
