The Bishop's Stortford High School is seeking a committed Design and Technology teacher to join its DT department. The role focuses on delivering GCSE DT, promoting the subject across the wider curriculum, and helping to raise standards in teaching and learning.

You will work with a supportive team in three modern workshops, contribute to the school's ambitious vision, and participate in mentoring and CPD programs. DBS check required; start date 4 January 2027; visa sponsorship is not available.

Permanent Design and Technology teaching post in the DT department at The Bishop's Stortford High School, a single-sex boys' school for Years 7 to 11 with a mixed sixth form. The core is teaching DT to GCSE, with A-Level or Food Technology an advantage, and promoting DT across the wider curriculum. The department has three modern workshops with laser cutting, CNC and lathes, in a school relocated in 2024. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the start date is 4 January 2027.
